Amazing experience! Lisa took her time to get to know where my trouble areas were and went above and beyond to be sure I was comfortable at all times. I will definitely be going back!
I have been seeing Lisa for a few months now. I first booked a massage because I saw she had a plantar fasciitis massage and I wanted to try it out. I have a few extra bones in my feet and they are always hurting. Doctors have told me I had to learn to deal with the discomfort and there really was nothing to be done. Well fast forward a few massages and the pain is gone! I no longer wake up with stiff feet that hurt to walk for the first 10-15 minutes every day. It's amazing! Now I do a massage every other week to keep my body happy. I sleep better, I feel better and there's no more pain. Cannot recommend Lisa enough.
Island time spa was at the Afton Strawberry festival and I just so happened to be walking around and stopped by mainly to see where they were located and what all they do. After talking to Lisa she offered a massage I have been having SI joint pain for years. After that massage I have walked for long periods with no pain
