We had furnace problems and the technician that came to our home was outstanding. Very polite, professional, and careful. When he diagnosed the problem, he called to change later appointments so he could finish dealing with our situation. Anthony is a young man that is a strong asset to the company. Next time I call, I will ask for him personally.

I was concerned about the cap on my chimney. I called Schwickert's and they immediately returned my call. Set up an appointment at 8:30AM within two days. Corey arrived on time and fixed the issue. Corey has also come and did the sweep of my fireplace and chimney every year. He is always very professional, takes his time and explains everything to me. He is a pleasure to deal with.
