“Big shoutout to Knights Plumbing!! Had a traumatic situation, my newly resized wedding ring slipped off in the shower and went down the drain ?!! My son in law had a camera and was able to visualize it but needed a grabber tool to retrieve it. Gavin from Knights Plumbing came out with 2hrs and in 5 minutes my ring was back on my hand!!???He put a new grate on and said “ No charge, just happy I was able to help.” I Love this local business that would offer such kindness! “First, we have a family of six and having no working toilets is NOT an option for even a day. I did my best to clear the clog with the snake I had. But a man has to know his limitations, I was trying to slay a dragon with a butter knife. Mike answered the phone at 6pm and was here within the hour as promised. I told him what wasn’t draining, and he got right to work. He put down drop clothes to protect the carpet and used a deodorizer that left the laundry room smelling way better than he found it. An emergency service call is never cheap but this was less than investing in my own machine and so much easier. I will definitely call M&B again should the need arise.“

Even showed me where the bleed valve on the inside shut was to further evacuate water during the winter shutdown. Professional. I could not be happier with the results.“
