Mike and team are knowledgeable experts in all aspects of caring for your physical therapy needs. You are immediately greeted with a warm hello and you feel cared for right away. They invest the time with you to understand the nature of your injury/issue and walk you through their thoughts about it and plans for recovery/rehabilitation. Clear objectives and goals are shared with an eye for getting you back to your activities and life that you enjoy. I’ve been treated a few different issues and every single time, I’ve been back to health per plan and was fully engaged in the process. Thanks to Dr. Mike and the great team at Crossover Physical Therapy.
I went to see Mike for hip discomfort. Right away, I knew from Mike's personality that he would be a great fit for me. He's knowledgeable, explains everything very well, extremely personable and a great person. Over the course of ~3 months of seeing Mike every 1-3 weeks, he helped me alleviate my hip pain. I am back to lifting and running like my true self. Mike also taught me valuable exercises to help address any hip pain I may have, and helped me improve my squat/deadlift techniques.
