I had a surge water softener so this was no problem to get a new one ordered shortly. Price was reasonable and this was fishing opener and Mother's day week end so how great to have a capable person show up.“

“Such great service!I reached out to Joe for two plumbing issues on a Sunday night. He got back to me right away and showed up the next day. Joe called to let me know he was ahead of schedule and arranged to show up early, which is excellent.It turned out one issue was not plumbing related, but an HVAC issue. Joe FaceTimed a colleague in HVAC to show him the problem and arranged for an HVAC service call for me.Our second issue was a garbage disposal that wasn’t working. It was simply slightly unplugged. Though embarrassed, I was thankful!After all this, Joe did not charge me for the call. What?!Thank you Cutting Edge and Joe.“
