Dennisia is great! She always greets me with a big smile and is attentive to detail. I had a couple problems with my order but she went out of her way to make sure that the problem was resolved. I was considering trying another cleaners, but I will continue using pilgrims because of her! Great customer service.

Absolutely wonderful!! I had a dress hemmed here and it turned out perfect AND she did it in 2 days (my fault for not taking it in 2 weeks prior to when I needed it). I leave Sunday night for a pharm rep show and didn't realize they weren't open Sundays so I called at 3:45 because I totally forgot and they close at 4 and she said she would stay and wait until I got there such amazing customer service I cannot thank this team enough!! I've had great experiences at the other locations also!

Really good. The woman, Stacy, she always has an amazing attitude. Cheerful but not over the top and professional. Meets her deadlines for pick up. She is the reason I will keep Pilgrim Cleaners as my dry cleaning peeps. Nicely done Stacy!!
