First time customer when in got a hair cut it turned out alright. Not a good vibe there. Didn’t see any price on the website. Felt got overcharged. Well, will also be my last time there.
I’ve been coming to this Fantastic Sam’s off and on for over 10 years. Yesterday I went in for a haircut and eyebrow wax, just some maintenance since I haven’t gotten a trim in awhile… Shay was my stylist, and it’s been AGES since I had a stylist I both clicked with AND did a fantastic job on my hair.
Shay, if you’re reading this - thank you! You were so kind and also so informative when you showed me how to use the round brush. I should have asked for your number because I’d follow you to the ends of the earth for a trim. I've been here every few weeks for 3 years. The stylists and hostesses are great. They deserve 5 stars. Cherie, Melissa, Zoe, and Savannah especially. But here's why I would give management and owners zero stars and the biggest lump of coal ever; and why id be prepared for a cluster headache trying to get in:
The place has chronically been understaffed (for 3 continuous years) and the results show up as stress on the employees that are actually there, and on the depressed face of your customers.
