As a runner and cyclist I've had some aches and pains throughout the years and consequently have sought out assistance from various physical therapists. Michael helped me recover from runner's knee and provided guidance to make me stronger for my athletic pursuits. He's definitely the best PT I've interfaced with and I highly recommend his services.

Huge thanks to Dr. Rodriguez for helping me with my recent injury. After his examination, he was able to explain what was going on with my body and set out a realistic timeline for recovery. He showed me (and had me demonstrate) numerous exercises to strengthen my body and explained a strategic 'return-to-run' program. After each visit I would immediately receive an email with a visit recap, as well a link to the specific exercises (video, number of reps, sets, and times per week) tailored to my recovery program. I highly recommend Michael to any runner dealing with injury! He is very knowledgeable, caring, thoughtful when making your recovery plan. My issue was quickly diagnosed and a plan was immediately put in place. With his help, my pain started to noticeably reduce and i did not have to take long periods of time off from running.
