Jeovanni was a fantastic rep. I could tell he really cares about his clients. Even at 4PM on a Friday afternoon my man brought his A-game. No complaints about Ecoshield but it wouldn't be 5*s without talented folks like him.
Ace is just the best and I cannot recommend him enough. I rarely leave reviews, but he has been so extremely helpful with a variety of issues we’ve had at our home that I had to share. We have talked and met with several providers and nobody comes close to him. He is so detailed, informative, realistic, direct, and efficient. He answers my questions immediately and takes time to explain the cause of the issue and their approach to resolving it, provides helpful, practical advice, and gets someone out to our property within a day. I seriously wouldn’t go to anybody else for any issues at our home.
Jester was a great representative of your company. He gave me a lot of options to reduce the cost of services and he provided lots of great advice. He is a great asset to Ecoshield and I would be glad to work with him for any services in the future.
