I called Xalon Salon because Art and Soul Salon in Alexandria completely ruined my hair! Chopped, color blotches beyond belief and burnt damage. They quickly got me in and Naomi and Adrianna carefully figured out the best way to try to help my hair so that I could go back out in public. They worked almost 4 hours on my hair with treatments, lifts and repairs to get my hair to what I have today which is amazing color that I'm getting alot of compliments on. The best part Is, they really cared! You could see the concern in their faces as they were looking at the damage that had been done earlier that day by an incompetent place. it was my first time here and I hate getting my haircut, but this was very nice. I had Sara Gillette and she did a great job of repeating what I wanted and giving me options. my hair feels and looks like what I requested and I will return!

I’ve been going here for about two and a half years and everyone who has touched my hair has been an absolute darling. My normal stylist is Megan and she is awesome to talk to and does and amazing job. Just got my hair cut by Helena today and she was incredibly patient and sweet. Seriously, all my love goes to all the stylists here. Will forever recommend this place!
