We just had a new furnace and central air system installed by Mechanical Energy Systems today. I can't say how happy we are with our experience, and the decision we made to go with them. From the initial contact with their salesman (Keith) to installers Dan and John, as well as electrician Steven-- we were blown away with the customer service that we got. They communicated about their itinerary, and were conscientious of not disturbing anything inside or outside of the house (they even put down a walking mat to not track in any dirt or debris). When they wrapped up they explained the new system and encouraged us to call if we have any questions going forward. I would definitely recommend going through them for any air or heating needs!

We needed furnace work and duct cleaning done at our home after a dryer fire. They were very responsive and even went out of their way to get us on the schedule so we could be taken care of in a timely fashion.
