Poor customer service. One employee was having a personal conversation and exchanged phone numbers with a non employee. Worst service I've ever had. We had to hunt someone down to help us buy a refrigerator. Eric was very helpful.

I bought a refrigerator back in January. When I went to the store, I could not get one sales rep to help me, so I literally ordered it online while in the store. The next day, it was delivered. Inside the glass shelf had exploded. Customer service refused to send a new refrigerator that day(that would have solved everything). I then had to go into the store and have a rep call customer service so we could figure out an arrangement. We agreed on a partial refund that would be mailed to me, and I would clean up the glass. Got a freezer delivered twice damaged both times - dealing with the service number folks was a complete waste of time. 2 hours later and I'm still no where. And offering me a $65 gift card to use at Best Buy yeah no thanks. Never been so disappointed.
