Poor customer service. One employee was having a personal conversation and exchanged phone numbers with a non employee. Worst service I've ever had. We had to hunt someone down to help us buy a refrigerator. Eric was very helpful.

I bought a refrigerator back in January. When I went to the store, I could not get one sales rep to help me, so I literally ordered it online while in the store. The next day, it was delivered. Inside the glass shelf had exploded. Customer service refused to send a new refrigerator that day(that would have solved everything). I then had to go into the store and have a rep call customer service so we could figure out an arrangement. We agreed on a partial refund that would be mailed to me, and I would clean up the glass. They would also ship a new glass shelf to me. It has been eight weeks, and neither have been delivered. Tried to work with their inline customer service, and they were no help and told me I needed to go into the store. They have downsized all of their staff and it is absolutely miserable to deal with BestBUY.

Got a freezer delivered twice damaged both times - dealing with the service number folks was a complete waste of time. 2 hours later and I'm still no where. And offering me a $65 gift card to use at Best Buy yeah no thanks. Never been so disappointed.
