I have had them out to my house a couple times. Once to replace a water heater and again today to clear a roof vent that the roofers blocked up when replacing the roof. Very professional, good people to work with.

If I could leave a million stars I would. Our two year old water heater went out and the company that installed it said it was out of warranty. I called El-Jay to install a new one and Brandon went above and beyond, checking on the warranty and surprised us by saying it was still covered. He saved us thousands of dollars and they were so quick, kind, and clean. Will definitely keep working them in the future.

Can’t say enough good things about the plumber that came out from El Jay. Professional, great customer service and got the job done in half the time I thought it would take. I will be calling El Jay for all future plumbing needs.
