I don’t know why there’s any negative reviews of this clinic. I had to cancel my first appointment, was treated with respect, & got another not far off from the 1st. I have autism spectrum, EVERYONE from the front desk, hygienist, staff, were AWESOME! They treated me with the upmost respect, kindness, understanding, & like I mattered! I saw Dr Forbes, he was very knowledgeable, understood my sensory issues, not condescending, & has an amazing bedside manner! Maybe he’s watched Patch Adams 😉! I’m definitely going back & would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! Especially seeing Dr Forbes. The only issue was how to find their office, you park in the back, & go...read full review
I had a permanent crown placed today at this location and unfortunately it popped off hours later (this happens sometimes so not complaining) but I showed up at 4:30pm with no appointment and was really upset and distraught. They didn't have any appointments available until the am but I worked in the am so was not able to do that. I was really upset and persistent and I'm sure I wasn't that great to deal with at that moment but the receptionist, I believe her name was Nicole, was so very very kind! I was tearful and explaining my frustration as I have had to take four separate days off of work for this one tooth and had spent a lot of money on this and she listened and even if inside she was thinking "this girl is crazy" she did not show it at all. She demonstrated patience and empathy and honestly that can be really difficult when you have a disgruntled patient at your desk. Most people tend to get defensive and she did not do that. She just let me vent and talked to the dentist for me and they were able to squeeze me in. The dentist that was working, Dr Le, had not been the dentist that had done the work previously but took her time to squeeze me in along with the dental hygienist. They were very kind and compassionate and did not give any indication that this was an inconvenience to them when in reality I know it really was. From the bottom of my heart, I just want to thank them all for their kindness when I wasn't at my greatest and appreciate it so much. You don't get such great quality customer service these days and it did not go unnoticed or unappreciated. So anyways ladies, you guys really impressed me and also restored some of my faith in humanity!
I had a cleaning and exam by Morgan and Dr. Orech on Wednesday of this week. Morgan did an excellent job of cleaning and scraping away the plaque. My teeth felt and looked slippery clean. Dr. Orech checked my mouth for any other problems. Both were very professional and pleasant. I highly recommend them. Bob
