“My son and I had such a nice experience at wink family eyecare. The staff were very welcoming and smiled upon our entrance and we're very eager to help us find what we were looking for. My four-year-old needed some glasses and they immediately pointed us to age appropriate frames. Had a decent. The ordering process went really smooth and the glasses came a few days earlier than promised. Upon picking them up, we were in and out in about 15 to 20 minutes and that we were well taken care of. This store has a ton of different options, but be wary of the price; they are not listed on any of the frames so you may want to ask before you fall in love with a pair because you might get sticker shock. Located in an easy spot at the west end with a decent amount of parking in front of the store and around the corner.we will likely return for future eyeglasses purchases. All day.“

“The best eye experience I think I've ever had. I have avoided going to see an eye doctor for a few years due to having some pretty terrible experiences elsewhere, but this place is great. They took the time to explain my test results, showed the scans to me and explained what I was experiencing, allowed time to ask questions and thoroughly answer, and both the student doctor and Dr. Hollenbach were thorough, kind and gentle.This location also carries some very snazzy eyewear, which was a fun experience trying on! The woman helping me on the floor was fun and really hyped me up while trying different styles, haha. I ended up with a pair of sleek Matsuda glasses that I'm very excited and actually looking forward to wear.“

She was able to ask Dr. McCarty questions and they decided I needed to be seen. Dr. McCarty was so kind she was done for the day but waited for me to get there to check things out. I so appreciate the kindness of the team and willingness to help me. “Lost a screw on my glasses during my conference in downtown Minneapolis. Since it happened on Sunday, I could only get a repair toolkit from target but the screws are too big. The following day, on my way to the airport, I first went to the target optical store but they said no inventory. Then I headed to Moss and was greeted with big smiles. While having a nice chat, they fixed my glasses in no time and for free. They really have nice people!“

“As a person with a strong prescription, it has always been a struggle to find the perfect frame that can minimize the lens thickness. When I went to InVision - St. Paul, Kat and Kelsie helped me pick out the right frame that accommodated my strong prescription and also fit my face shape. They were incredibly helpful with the selection of the frame and very knowledgeable regarding frame choices with a high prescription. My glasses were ready in 5 days (not business days)! I could not be more happy with how my glasses turned out. Despite my strong prescription, the lenses are thin, and the quality of the frame is great. Truly one of the best experiences I have had with a doctor ever. Dr. McDevitt truly listens to your concerns, goals for your vision and clearly explains everything so it is easy to understand and makes it so easy to ask any questions.
