Professional, easy to make an appointment, and great with my many questions and concerns. Many of the staff work digitally (e.g., you’ll find the reception person or transcriber talking to you through an iPad) but they are still very warm, attentive, and present, so that’s kinda cool and different. Doctors and PAs doing the work are very good.
Staff were very professional and friendly. I would recommend without hesitation.
Dr. Shah gave complete exam and was clear explaining all processes and time for next exam.
I recently had several appointments at Clarus Dermatology. Each time, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who seemed to sincerely care about me! I was especially pleased with the care I received from Dr. Roelke and the staff that works directly with him. He is so knowledgeable, gentle, and understanding! He answered my questions patiently and thoroughly, and always made sure I was comfortable and informed about the procedures. He took time to explain and never made me feel rushed. Brittany, Baillee, and Alex were a great support team and Dr. R obviously trusted them! I am so glad to have them for my dermatological care!
