Extremely caring for their patients and owners. Ongoing medical problem for cat requires overall health care questions and they are able and willing to give help and discussions to help me understand. All the staff is excellent.
I’ve been bringing my two cats to Apache for a few years and couldn’t ask better veterinarians, vet techs and staff. Everyone is so helpful, thorough and caring. My cats have been seen by both Dr. Ross & Dr. Cleary and both are wonderful! Like many cats, they’re anxious critters and are always treated with the same tenderness I would treat them with—and they’re always doted on, because these staff are true animal-lovers. :) Follow-ups, test results and annual exam reminders are always prompt. I feel very confident in the care my kitties receive here and would recommend Apache to anyone with pets.
The ability for my reactive mini schnauzer to work with a vet tech like Rachel has been an absolute godsend. He clicked with her so much faster than anybody else I’d seen try. She’s been so patient helping him get comfortable with her and strange environments, and he and I are no longer stressed whenever we have a vet visit on the calendar. He often won’t even bark when we arrive anymore, which was an issue we were working through. All of this is so largely thanks to Rachel’s dedication to helping him.
