We’ve been using Water Doctors for about 4 years now, after moving into a home with a very outdated water softener that flooded our basement. I’ve always appreciated how they put the customer first, as they haven't suggested above and beyond items that many other companies did. Each employee we’ve had over for annual maintenance has been friendly and professional. Highly recommend Water Doctors!
Moved to St. Michael and was recommending Water Doctors by the builder we purchased with. Upon initial contact - they were very responsive and easy to work with! Quick to assess our property and knowledgeable when making recommendations for our area + needs. When it came to installing the equipment, the team on site was professional and provided great updates with the process of the job in addition to running us through the system upon install. Overall, very good experience - would highly recommend!
To note - was priced a bit higher than others, but when researching equipment does seem to use better stuff so we figured it might be worth it?
