“I found a leak coming from my roof to my basement called MN Smart Homes on recommendation from others.
General Manager Aren was able to make it to my house same day and treated me with kindness and compassion as I was full of anxiety from the water coming into the house. They were able to quickly diagnose where the leak was coming from by using thermal cameras and able to do the repair while it was still raining and gave me tips for drying the damage.
They were respectful of my home taking their shoes off and always knocking before re-entering the home.
Aren walked me through where the damage had come in through and provided me pictures for the leaking vent cover on the roof.

I would absolutely use them again and will recommend them to anyone who asks !“

The inspection and estimate process, price, scheduling and coordinating with other contractors, help securing rebates, and the insulation removal by Tyler and Kenny were all fantastic.

The day of insulation, they missed 2 line items on the estimate and the guy who came to install the forgotten roof vents dripped tar on our patio. He didn’t alert us before leaving so we discovered it by stepping in it. I don’t regret using them, they just needed a close eye on site.“

Shaun Hansen was the main guy we spoke with in person about the details of the trim work we wanted. Easy going person to interact with.
