Clearly this company has gone downhill. I think it was bought out but whatever happened it’s only gotten worse. We get limited responses from our tax guy (Joe Kruse) and go months without any update or communication, even thought we’ve paid almost $1,000 for personal and business taxes and no refund yet and it’s mid July. It will unfortunately be our last year as it’s two years in a row with limited communication, transparency and accommodations. I would NOT recommend this company.

My parents file their taxes here and never seemed to have issues, but as soon as I started filing individually with Wayne's office, I've had nothing but problems. The firm has lost my information and had to file late, forgotten to create an individual account for me and filed my taxes under my parents account so it was inaccessible to me, and have not communicated that documents were ready to sign until the last minute. My emails to inquire about my bill cost have been ignored, and I had to be the one to reach out for an individual account to be created this year even after communicating last year that I would need one. Avoid working with this firm. A pointless ~1hr. consultation is just under 1k. We paid more than we should've in taxes, and Wayne is unfriendly, unhelpful, and uninterested. Look elsewhere.
