I have edited my original review because the owner, Garrett, took time out of his day to come and personally visit with me about what happened.Refused to even schedule a service call because we are not a current customer. Great way to turn business away.
We have used Total Refrigeration for years to service our flower coolers, and now the walk in cooler and freezer, as well as prep fridge and freezer, for our commercial kitchen. ALWAYS get top notch friendly service. Maverick is the best and we request him whenever possible because he's so familiar with our setup. Thanks guys for years of excellence!
