“River Heights Outdoor Solutions has done three projects for me over the last 5 years or so, but the latest was the largest. My two tier retaining was just finished and is awesome. Nick was very easy to work with in designing and answering question. The crew was at my house a week plus and were such hard workers, so polite, quiet and perfect cleanup each day as was the case in the other projects. My neighbors even commented on how nice they were. I would highly recommend this company.
I worked with Dakota on the landscaping part of the project and his plans turned out perfect. The plants he chose are such a compliment to the retaining wall and the house. Again the crew at River Heights are hard workers and so polite.“

“Very happy with Lone Oak. This is my third summer in my house. They installed the system here so I continued with them. They show up on time. When something has needed to be fixed, they've done it reasonably priced. Especially true when the entire back of the system was destroyed by the company who installed my fence.

Edit: Now my 9th summer. Lone Oak has still been great. Turn-on/blow-out prices have increased but still well worth it.

When the city did backflow inspections, I had zero issues. My system had been installed properly and I didn't have to do anything.

This spring, my front zone didn't work when they came to turn on the system. They were back today. I came home to huge holes in my front yard. The roots of the maple tree in the boulevard had pinched off the lines. They bypassed the problem.

As they were finishing, I was shocked that I could barely tell they had been here. (First two photos were the huge holes. Last one was right after they left.)

Bob and the guys at Lone Oak seem to have installed a quality system. And when issues have arisen, not their fault, they have resolved them for me for reasonable prices.“

“Drew and his company are very responsive, very polite and easy to work with, and did a great job on a recent "renewal" landscaping project. My lack of experience in this area caused a bit of minor confusion on some pricing, but he was generous in doing some projects and even guaranteed some new bushes when they suffered deer damage, which was totally unexpected!
We will also continue to use Cities Lawn and Snow for our plowing needs (also prompt and responsive service), and future lawn care projects. I would recommend this group!“

From the initial review and bid from owner, Tim Krey, to the employees‘ efficiency and politeness to the completion on time and on budget, everything went smoothly including some extra work we added during the process. “We couldn’t be more pleased with the patio and brick-edged plant beds Inspired Landscaping installed in our back yard.

Our house was built in 1940 and the yard had been completely neglected for 80+ years when we bought it. The only “improvements” were chain link fencing, a weedy lawn, and a few of the usual zone 4 plants around the edges. Not exactly inspiring. But as we talked to owner Gus Nunez, a plan began to take shape.

We had to wait two months for our project to rise to the top of his list. But that gave us time to look at examples online and refine our plan. And when our project was next, Gus gave it his full attention until it was completed. The design was fairly simple, but he approached it with creativity, skill and attention to detail. We found him to be very good-natured, smart and easy to work with.

We recommend him enthusiastically and plan to have him back next spring to build a pergola to shade our patio.

“I've always been so proud of my landscaping, but 2023 was a tough year on my yard. My focal tree in the front yard died, and both the back and front yards were a mess of trenches and overgrown weeds after projects completed by other contractors. After 20 years, it was time for a complete makeover and Collin and Suburban Landscaping delivered! “We had a really great experience with McDonough Landscaping, adding a backyard patio. I got 3 quotes on this project and I knew from my first call with Matt that I would pick him. What stood out was that he really knew his stuff- we were also putting in a deck and he knew exactly what questions to ask and which pieces needed to be coordinated with the deck contractor- things we would not have thought of if we had just done the deck first. He had us out twice to his house/showroom and put together a design that was better than what we were thinking. Mick came and assessed my situation (56x22x3 foot retaining wall), came up with a plan and informed me of ways I could save money on the project (usually folks are trying to upsell instead of save their clients money!). When they came to do the project, they were very professional, nice guys. They did a great job and cleaned up at the end of every day. They even swept the street out in front. They cared for my property and at the end, the leveled my lawn (which had been damaged by their equipment) and seeded it and laid hay down. The grass was back in a few weeks! The even seeded my neighbors lawn below their side of my retaining wall (where there was only dirt before) and mulched below the other neighbors (where there has been mulch before).
