Phe was my barber for a long time. Then I moved out of town. Never found a barber as good as him. I even drove the 200 miles once just to have his cut. Good price and wonderful customer skills.
I’ve been going to Clean Cuts since I’ve started working in South Saint Paul back in 2015. The owner is very personable and you will not find a cheaper haircut at this quality.Services: Straight razor shave
We just moved here and I had the best hair cut I had for a long time in this barbershop. The barbers were also basketball fanatics as I do. We had so much fun expressing our likes with basketball. That was a great experience to welcome me here as I am new to the place. I was comfortable and relax with them. Thanks guys!
