I can not thank this man enough. I came out here early Saturday morning from Illinois to pick up an suv and tow it home. The winch on our trailer stopped working. And after spending the entire day and evening trying to get a new one to work, we failed and ended up in a hotel. Today is Sunday and we spent all morning to find someone to help us and thought maybe a tow truck could get the suv on the trailer. James answered immediately and patiently listened to my dilemma. He was intrigued by the challenge and prompt to offer his assistance to see what he could do. This was by no means an easy task. The qx80 needed to be pulled out of an area, and then James needed to reverse his truck unto my back end and back up the suv unto the trailer. It took the work of james, my husband, and even myself, all working together to get it successfully unto the trailer. This was almost a 2 hr task. James was super detailed to make sure no damage was done to the suv as it was a super tight squeeze, but also to calm my nerves as I was very uncomfortable being so high steering this vehicle onto the trailer while having no brakes, on a hill, trusting him not to let me go or press a wrong button etc......my nerves were high. Once successfully on the trailer my husband asked for help tying the Vehicle down. Not only did he help, but we were short two straps so he met us at farm and fleet to ensure we got everything done safely. I'm beyond thankful for him and helping get us back on the road to home. I know everyone always looks at how much someone may cost, but his assistance and going above and beyond no price tag could measure. Thank you James. An excellent experience with an outstanding contractor. Eric (estimator and project manager) provided thorough information and communication with USAA (our insurer). Eric said, when providing his estimate, that he would manage the installation....and he certainly did. He spent the entire day it took to remove old and install new roofing. He recommended and installed Certain Teed Landmark ClimateFlex Class 4 shingles which resulted in a $100/month reduction in my home insurance with USAA. Our new roof ads a new value to our home.

This company has been serving the metro area from South St Paul for generations! The two man crew replaced my 30 year old furnace and a/c unit. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional - answered all my questions and shared all the information I could possibly absorb. They left the place cleaner than it was when they started and performed all their work respecting the home, and with a smile on their face. All at a price I found very pleasantly surprising. Love living in there community. Not experienced or knowledgeable of their other buildings but mine is small. We all know each other and it's kept up very well. Snow removal on the sidewalks has gotten considerably better and it's relatively quiet.
Had them out twice. Got ahold of them right away both times, and they were able to get out surprisingly fast. Professional. Worked fast and got the job done.

I was referred to Mighty Lock & Safe from another locksmith I called, and the service was absolutely amazing. They answered right away, and said they could have a locksmith out within 10-15 minutes (which was amazing especially considering the first locksmith I spoke with projected a 2-3 hour wait). 5 minutes later, I had a locksmith call to verify he was on his way and he was there within minutes. Elena was my lash artist, she was gentle and went over with me the inspo pics to pick the lashes I desired. She gave me a very nice natural look. The problem with my furnace was quickly diagnosed and I opted to replace a very old, failing system. There was no pressure to buy a new system, but the tech showed me evidence of the old system failing. We have worked with Davey Tree Service in South St. Paul for several years and are always impressed with their excellent customer service. Davey came highly recommended to us to provide assistant with our huge Ash trees. An incredibly knowledgeable Arborist came to assess the Ash trees and recommended a course of treatment to protect these huge trees from disease. A wonderful technician came out to provide the treatments and he was so friendly and knowledgeable, explaining his process.
He was very respectful of our property and exceeded our expectations. After a very heavy snow, several branches from other trees had broken, and Davey Tree Service came out to remove the broken limbs. They were able to complete this task while saving the beautiful shape of the trees. The crew worked quickly, and completely cleaned up the entire area. Had some service done on an Impreza. Got a good impression from the work, the facility and the staff. Service advisor Skylynn was really helpful and video explanation of car inspection by the technician was awesome. If you come here, don't forget to check for coupons, both online and with service, it will save you money.
The vet is good. Even when busy, he is able to work in a sixk dog. Does a good job of explaining and recommending.
