Everyone there is friendly, whether they folks who answer the phone or the people who deliver. Their app allows you to know the amount of propane remaining and they reliably, automatically refill. Consistently wonderful service.

NSOP is a fantastic local business. I always get to talk to a real person, and the staff is wonderful. If there was ever a hiccup with billing, a last minute delivery needed, or a change of service required, they've been extremely responsive and helpful to get me the resolution I needed. I've had a few other fuel providers in the area and none come close to the great service I've received from NSOP. Not only that, but NSOP had the best rates on propane. No complaints here! Thanks guys!
