Lovely little studio nestled in the back of this building. It's a wonderful, safe space. Val has a beautiful cadence to her sessions with plenty of alternative pose options. You can come as you are. There are mats and props for your practice if you do not have your own.
My happy place. Val kicks my butt in her Friday barre class and Niki's Saturday morning gentile yoga is the perfect way to start my weekends. Can't recommend this spot enough!
Spirit of the Lake is a beautiful and welcoming yoga and spiritual community! I searched hi and low for a community that I felt comfortable and empowered in (I'm very sensitive and a yogi beginner :) ) and this community has brought me so much joy while helping me immensely during a very challenging time of transformation/transition. Can't recommend Hatha with Nicole and Matthew enough. Thanks Spirit team!
