A few years ago, Sharon helped me (my family), with the process for when my Grandma passes. Last week, my Grandma passed away. I immediately spoke to Sharon and she was able to schedule an appointment the next day, with Tom and Betsy. This whole experience has been wonderful. During a time of vulnerability, the Funeral Directors were friendly, personable and compassionate. I understand we all have a business or job to make money but you can tell that is not their main focus. The Life Insurance amount that was left, wasn't enough to cover the original plans. My mother’s service was there and she looked amazing! I have never seen anyone in a casket look so real.Thank you!!!
