Erica is a great teacher and I learned so much in just one session with her! She knows so much about Pilates and teaches you thru example and leading. I highly recommend checking it out!

Erica is an amazing instructor! I have been working with her for both small class Pilates Arc and individual sessions. Erica tailors each session to my physical limitations, while challenging me to get stronger. Erica has an in-depth knowledge of anatomy and consistently takes the time to make sure I'm doing the exercises in a safe and constructive manner. Over the last few years, I have learned so much and gotten stronger and more flexible!The studio space and equipment are clean and fresh. There is a great assortment of new Reformers and Pilates "props". I would highly recommend e.w.Pilates to anyone from novices to advanced for a first class experience with Pilates!

Erica's studio is light and airy and she has ALL the equipment you might ever need. As a teacher, Erica is a real pro. She is adept at cueing students and making individual adjustments on the fly. She is very creative with her choreography - each time I do a group reformer class, it is a new series of exercises. She is able to work well with people who need modifications due to physical limitations. I highly recommend this studio and Erica!
