Longevity Pilates is the perfect mix of incredibly knowledgeable and supportive instructors; a beautiful, light-filled studio; and a fun and engaging group of warm and personable class attendees. Attending a class or private session is always one of the best parts of my week. I walk away feeling physically and mentally refreshed and prepared the conquer the day.

Longevity Pilates Studio never disappoints! All of the instructors are professional, knowledgeable and great. The studio is clean, neatly organized and is a delightful space to do Pilates. I was hooked the first time I visited a couple of years ago. Keep up the good work, Longevity!

Intimate setting. Convient location. Easy parking. Friendly and intelligent instructors. I have abdominal separation from having tiwns, they knew exactly how to help me. Awesome all around.
