I personally have not visited this salon as I live in Austin, TX but I wanted to get my mother-in-law a gift certificate to this salon because she lives close and loves getting pedicures. I rang the salon and had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Ben Belde who is a dream! He helped me get the gift certificate and when I gave him the address to mail it to he offered to hand deliver it!! Can you believe this?? I didn't know this kind of service still existed but let me tell you, it is alive and well at arabella salon and I cannot wait to visit my mother-in-law so we can go together in person and I can experience this amazing first class customer service irl. First time ever that it doesn't take hours to be in a hair salon! Kim was attentive to what I was looking for. Usually, stylists cut more hair than I would like, Kim listened to me and made me so happy. Thank you Kim!
I did a box dye and it wrecked my hair. It was dry, fuzzy, so damaged, so I went to Arabella and Betsy worked with my hair for 2 1/2 months and she had me use this product called Olaplex and it did wonders to my hair and we highlighted!
