John and assistant came out on July 9th after I called that morning, and assessed the problem with the unit very quickly. Very pleasant individuals. He and team came out on July 10th to replace the compressor unit outside and the condenser coil in the attic. They worked in sweltering conditions, and never complained. They cleaned up afterwards and we have AC!
