Had our A/C keep going off for a couple days. Tried fixing it myself, but without any success. Ended up requesting an appointment at 11:00pm from Quality Heating and Air because it was going to be 90 the next day.
Neil F, who was a super nice guy, came out the next morning, diagnosed the issue, picked up the specialty part in Bloomington, and got my A/C unit up and running within 3 hours.
Extremely pleased with their work and will 100% be using them again with any other problems that we have in the future.
Excellent Service!! Had some vandalism to my AC unit last night, and quality Air Conditioning came out early this morning. Justin Novak was the technician. So polite, professional and efficient!! Highly recommend this company!!!
This company from day one was very informative, professional, and they make sure everything is done with the greatest of detail and perfection. I am very impressed and I'm so glad to see there are still comedies out there that actually care about quality customer service and pricing.
