good workout overall but imma change to 2 stars, because a couple of dudes tried to steal my phone tonight, not happy with the night workouts anymore, cancelling membership. staff is great and friendly, keep your phone on you at all times cuz these people will take your stuff the second you look away, luckily i turned back just in time

Marcus has trained and helped me to get into proper shape for the army basic training. Thanks to that I feel more confident going now. He's good at motivating and pushing one through an exercise but also listens to requests and adapts. I really appreciated that. I can genuinely recommend him as a very good trainer.

Marcus is an excellent personal trainer. He makes everything easy to understand and has really helped with my fitness goals. I was a beginner when I started working with him. I'd never really used any strength training equipment at the gym, just some light hand weights. Now I can confidently come into the club and do a complete strength training workout on my own.
