I love this PetSmart. I usually see the same staff, which is nice, they are always well-stocked, the store is clean, and I especially appreciate their grooming salon. The groomers have always been so sweet with my dog and they're usually available for a walk in nail trim. I think their grooming packages have amazing prices as well!
There is one employee here in particular that I am fond of. when I go to this location he always tells me to say hello to my pets from him. Especially when I spend a lot of money (which I have 3 dogs a cat, a turtle and some fish so I frequently spend a lot of money there) tells me: make sure and tell your pets hello from me. They are lucky to have you. Awe! He's so nice! Another experience was with an employee in the reptile isle. I had questions and she was most helpful!
This location seems to be taking heat. I am not seeing why. I do not get my dog groomed here and i see that some people had issues with that. As far as the store goes, it is clean and the staff seems to approach you to see if there is anything that you need to find. I have been here at least a half-a-dozen times with all good experiences. I have recently noticed that some of their pricing seems higher than others so i am going to watch that a bit closer. My dog is spoiled so i do visit may pet stores to make sure that I have what she needs. My baby. The animals and cages here seem to be kept well. I grew up on a farm and worked in a pet store so i do have plenty of animal love and experience too. We love our furry family members. Have a great day walking your dog.
