Hello, I have never written a bad review before but this place will be the first ever. They sadly ruined my sisters clothes worth over thousands of dollars and refused to do anything about it. My sister came in to notify the owner that her clothes were ruined but he did not take accountability but blamed her and even insisted that it was ruined by the way she dressed her shirts. He/owner or manager insisted that all the shirts she dropped off was ruined by her. If you look at the pictures, it’s all in the same spot. After using this Martinizing store for more than a decade, they ruined three jackets I brought them in May. After initially agreeing to reimburse me, they are now denying any accountability for the damaged clothes and refuse to reimburse. I filed complaints with the BBB and Martinizing corporate, and I would avoid using this store at all costs.

After using this Martinizing store for more than a decade, they ruined three jackets I brought to them in May. They were shrunk beyond use and had a terrible smell. After initially agreeing to reimburse me for the damaged clothes, they have since denied all accountability for the damage and have refused to compensate me for the ruined clothes. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and Martinizing corporate, and I would avoid using this store at all costs.
