They were thorough with good attention to detail and good customer service. However they don't seem to follow health and safety standards. I seen them use the same Dremel tool and Emory board on me that they used on the last customer. (Possibly even the foot bristle scrub that they just used on me, looks like they used on the next customer.) ?

All tools should be fresh tools per customer for state health and safety compliance. I believe they violated health code.

I've been going here for a little over 6 months. I've taken a picture in every time to match color/design and they have done an amazing job every single time. Recently I had to get my nails done at an out of town salon. I was so happy to get back to Kim's Nails to have them fix the awful job the out of town salon did. I asked the out of town for a Navy Matte. They had no dark blue color what so ever, to top of the less than mediocre fill they did. Kim's nails without hesitation had my color request available. I've always called ahead for an appointment and it's never been a problem nor have I had to wait when I arrive for my appointment.... read full review
