I called Gold star desparately very late the night before my insurance roof inspection since the other company had stood me up and Jake returned my call pretty quick. He listened to the situation we had and sent Frank to my house the day after, even though it was last minute. Frank was very experienced and told me its promising for insurance to accept the hail damage with the high percentage and that’s exactly what happened. Jake and his crew from Gold Star contracting did an exceptional job replacing our roof and siding. Jake made the process painless and worked with our insurance company to resolve several outstanding issues, which was a total pain to deal with, but he did it anyways. And let's be honest... some siding companies do a really poor job with the install. Water gets in, things look sloppy and corners get cut. Gold Star did not do that. They really went the extra mile to make things look great and function properly, even if it took a little longer. I can't recommend them enough.

Jake and his team are phenomenal! They do top notch work. The crew was here at 7:30 and wrapped up at 3:30. Jake was super helpful in selecting a great color. Totally recommend them!Services: Skylight repair
