Our ac unit went out August 2021. 2 months after my wife and I purchased the home which was our first ever home. After a year battling with our home warranty company with cheap and horrible companies wasting our time they finally hired General heating and air. Within a week they sent Zach out to install our new ac unit and he did an amazing job. Cold air went through our duct work and through the house. It was the best feeling. After a year of headaches a real technician came out and did his job.

Love that when I call I get a real person (not a machine) and they were very nice! They were able to come repair my furnace the next morning and showed up on time. I wasn't home but my fiance said they were in and out quickly with the heat repaired and the house was warm finally! Another place quoted me over $800 and they were able to fix it for under $200, very happy!Services: Heating system repair
