Our 16 year old water heater went out. Dads Plumbing came out within an hour, diagnosed the problem, called several places looking for the part. Unfortunately, due to the age the part was not available for over a week. Dad's Plumbing installed a new water heater the same day, wow great service! I'd definitely recommend Dad's Plumbing.
I had an issue with a lift station in my basement and Dad's Plumbing came out right away. Not only did they fix the problem they showed me a better solution that made it quieter, very happy and glad I found these guys! Kerr did an awesome job, will use them again for any plumbing needs. Honest, fair pricing, Highly Recommend!
Dad's Plumbing came recommended by my in-laws, and I'm glad we gave them a try! They called a half-hour before arriving to let us know they were on the way (both times), triaged and explained every step of an unexpectedly complex antique toilet leak repair, and didn't charge extra travel fees for a return visit over a week later to address a problematic laundry room faucet. The charges were fair, the work was excellent and the gentlemen who did the work were very courteous, thorough and answered all my questions. 10/10 would recommend and I will be giving them my business again, should the need arise.
