“I worked with Jeremy and David at College City Design-Build and I would give them TEN STARS if I could. We had awful experiences with other contractors and the city permit office for MONTHS, but Jeremy's team came in and saved the day. They were a delight to work with, communicating clearly and frequently. The project was largely on-time and on-budget. The quality of the work was A+ as well.

The project was a full basement remodel -
* coordinating with a concrete company to pour a new floor
* full bathroom remodel (moved a little from its previous location)
* replacing the ugly tile-like ceiling panels
* new carpet
* adding an egress window and new bedroom

“~ When I hired Elite Restoration to put a roof on my log cabin, I was so excited, but cautious because I had previously signed a contract and gave another company an ample down payment and never saw them again. Jake Bebeau, the owner of Elite, knew of my unfortunate experience and promised me he would replace my roof and I would be happy.
~ He went way beyond my expectations! When he looked at the roof, AND my skylights, he said it definitely showed damage from hail and wind. I hadn’t thought about that but remembered a lot of the neighbors had also had damage the summer before. I filed a claim with my insurance company and it was declined. Jake immediately contacted my insurance company and told the adjuster that he disagreed, and with more obvious proof, the claim was approved.
~ Within two weeks his crew showed up and they were on the roof like Spidermen! You should have seen it. When they finished in less than eight hours, they had cleaned up the yard meticulously and hauled all of the debris and equipment out of the woods piecemeal. Jonny and his crew were amazing. I can tell you that I have never dealt with such a responsible, professional and conscientious group of workers!
