“This office is one of the best dentists I've been to. Very clean and welcoming and the hygienists are friendly and make sure you're comfortable. I've had bad experience with dentists in the past making me uncomfortable so I avoided the dentist for years. Had to get some depravement done to break down my build up and the hygienist made sure I was comfortable the whole time and talked me through the whole process and continued to add topical numbing throughout my procedure. I'm coming back in a few months for my 6 month cleaning and a deeper dive exam with the dentist, but I'm actually excited to come back and get work on my teeth again in a comfortable and welcoming environment. My husband has come here for years and has only had good experiences as well. If you're scared of the dentist I 100% recommend this office!!!“

“Booking my new patient appointment was a bit frustrating. I filled out the online form and got a phone call back -- which was great. However, since I was not able to take the call at the time the receptionist left me a voicemail. The frustrating part was when I tried returning the call, pressing "1" for "New Patient" several times over a couple of days, no one was ever there to answer the phone. Finally, I called back and pressed "2" for "Scheduling an Appointment" and got connected to the person who left me the voicemail. I was told that when you press "1" it routes to a desk that only one person works at and is usually not at her desk. A bit strange to have that as an option then. After providing all my details, the receptionist was able to get me scheduled the same week which was great. The dental hygienist and dentist were both great. And the cleaning and exam were also very good!“

“Having been with Merry Dental for 30+ years my wife and I will never leave. A recent situation astounded me because of the sheer persistence of Christy and Dr. Merry. My insurance company resisted paying for a significant portion of a procedure correcting a tooth that was replaced with a crown. Christy chased this down for the better part of a year. I was kept a breast of progress or lack thereof (by my Insurance group). I finally decided to just pay the remainder just to not create more work for Christy. Low and behold after all this time Christy sent me a note indicating that they got the Insurance company to pay the balance and I would receive a refund from Merry Dental. How refreshing is that. They are the greatest. Great people, Great guidance and performance on anything we've done for 30 years. We'd stay another 30.
