Toddler learning to potty train thought she was being independent and used the toilet instead of her potty chair on her own… she proceeded to flush probably 10-20 wipes down the toilet too. Instantly clogged the toilet. Tried a couple hardware store remedies without luck. Had another company out and after a quick snake and service fee they said it’s a two person job and the clog is way down in the stack. Quoted almost 1000 dollars to pull the toilet and use the auger, but he’d have to come back with another guy to help.

Josh from Roto Router came to our house the next day after we called. We had water backing up in our basement due to roots in our yard. Appt was 10:00-12:00. He was there on time. And was finished after an hour. Everything has worked fine since. He was very clean, neat and professional.
