We had storm damage and were getting our siding replaced. We thought it would be more cost effective to add a 4 season porch that we wanted before the siding company came to do it. We contacted 4 different places to see if they could do it on the short time line we had and within our budget.One never got back to us and two could not do it within our timeline or within our budget. We were pleasantly surprised to hear from Cody that he could do both.He completed building the 4season in plenty of time and took the initiative to contact the siding company to be sure everything went smoothly. We just recently had Cody and his crew building our deck (14 x16 size) and we couldn't be more happy with it..If you looking for having your projects done fast but with :Professionalism...Attention to the detail... Excellent communication...and a VERY FAIR PRICE ...than AVID CONSTRUCTION is the right contractor for you .I happily would give them 10 stars .

Cody with AVID Construction recently completed a small business remodel for us and I can't express how amazing he was to work with. His price was reasonable and he knew what prices other sub-contractors should be bidding at. After receiving a bid from a plumber that he felt was too high, he took the time to find someone more reasonable. During the remodel we made several last minute changes and he accommodated our requests quickly. Communication was never an issue - he responded to calls and texts during hours I wouldn't expect him to and he reached out as often as he needed to give us updates on the progress or to clarify what we were expecting of something.... read full review
