We recently had a roof leak and I contacted Rival Roofing to come check it out. JJ and Ramiro came out the same day to inspect the roof and it turned out there was hail and wind damage from a previous storm. JJ assisted every step of the way with handling the insurance claim and the insurance adjuster and we ended up getting a full roof replacement covered by our insurance policy. JJ was amazing to work with, understanding our needs, preferences and concerns. He was always prompt and willing to go the extra mile. Thank you to JJ Arellano for his good work sealing several of my house siding planks a former installer company overlooked correcting gaps. JJ also installed security cameras on my property with ease and expertise. I am not much of a tech person; he helped me through the set up process to ensure everything worked properly.
