While selling my house 2924 Valento Lane, Little Canada MN 55113, the buyer inspection found an issue with my furnace, I called home smart AKA Homeserve. I contacted them and a repair person inspected my furnace and red tagged it due to a leak of co2. I immediately made arrangements to replace the furnace to close sale of my home on Oct 23, 2024. The furnace was replaced on 10/17/2024. My excel account was closed on or after 10/23/24. So at the time of replacement, I had an existing home warranty. This warranty states they will pay $450 fo a furnace replacement. When I requested payment on 11/25/24 I was told I have to have a current warranty. And of course, if I sign up for a new plan they will not pay because replacement would be before the new plan. I requested a supervisor call me and have never heard back. Horrible service over charge and then when you call you always get we are reaching a high call volume. Like how do you guys never answer and have people on hold that damn long ridiculous and very unprofessional❗️

Complete jerks , will not let you perform any work until after 2pm and when you have to work on their truck, they will wait until you have it completely emptied out and then lie and say they need to go to a call and make you put everything back in and they won’t lift a finger in the process
