So nice. In February, Called for a tow for a flat tire and didn’t even think to just get road side service and the driver suggested that so he just changed to my spare which saved me money and time!!
Honestly the best service I’ve ever had from a tow service. They were polite and professional on each call. And speaking of calls, they handled everything over the phone so I didn’t need to wait with my vehicle. I drive an EV so I needed a flat bed truck which they proactively offered. The driver who called me to remote start my car was super friendly and I saw through the security camera he was extremely careful even when I wasn’t present. I won’t hesitate to use these guys again because they made a stressful situation as stress-free as they could.
Dispatch answered on the first ring. Took my info and got a truck sent out. Being stranded on side of road is stressful, but assured the truck was on the way. The truck came quickly and the driver did a great job. Hope I never have to get a tow again, but if I do I’ll use them.
