Have been attending the studio since 2017. The teacher, Paul has been practicing Tai Chi Chuan for 40 years and has a background in Tai Chi that few people have the opportunity to learn from.Despite being a Martial Art, the studio atmosphere is calming and non-confrontational with a sincere interest in helping people explore the different levels of Tai Chi rarely taught today.Beginning students are are broken down individually or into small groups to get as much one on one attention.

Sifu Paul Abdella has an amazing depth of knowledge and experience in Tai Chi, other martial arts, and Qigong. If you’re interested in going deeply into these arts, attending this school will be highly beneficial, and you will be welcomed into a community dedicated to excellence.
