I tried a yoga class that was not right for me because of fibromyalgia and sciatica. The teacher was great. She tried to adapt the poses and when that didn't work she said she wasn't going to charge me so I could use the credit for a more gentle class.

Tula is a fantastic studio! My first class I took was actually at Linwood Park where they offer classes in the warmer months. (So excited for them to start up again!) The teachers are all so kind and offer something for people of all levels. I try to bring my family and friends as often as possible! Thanks, Tula!

I signed up for a 7 week, online course (Mondays at 6:30), called "The Men's Series". As you might have figured out; it was for guys only. I signed up because I wanted to get more into yoga, but had been intimidated by co-ed yoga in the past and the "men's only" aspect was appealing.Our instructor was Dan and he was exceptional. Not only because of his knowledge and calm demeanor, but because he encouraged and accepted wherever we were in our yoga journey. We had some beginners and some that were more advanced; but I think it worked for all of us. I know it worked for me.
