Some waiting was involved although I had made an appointment. There was only person working was the owner manager Donna. Gave me an excellent cut, very pleased with it but think I might need a cut sooner than 8 weeks. Def going back. Just hope she’s ready for me and isn’t juggling 2-3 customers simultaneously
I looked up hair salons that offer hair donation services and The Look came on the top of my list. I took a leap of faith and decided to try a new place with good reviews. AND DONNA DID NOT DISAPPOINT AT ALL. She did an amazing job easing my daughter anxiety and shyness by talking to her and asking her what she wanted for a hair cut after donation. My daughter was comfortable and engaged with Donna. Similarly, Donna did a fantastic job with my hair cut after discussing my lifestyle and how to maintain the look. Definitely recommend this place to anyone, big and small, interested in getting a hair cut, donating ponytails, or both. Thank you, Donna!
Donna was great! Super friendly and welcoming. Very satisfied with the cut and service.Haircut: Curtain bangs & long layers.Notes:- The door is locked, so you will need to ring the doorbell.- I was looking forward to the “kids room”—for my sister and baby nephew—as advertised on the website, but it seems to have changed into a general lounge area now.- ApplePay does work, so SamsungPay might work too!Service: Haircut
